ArtIndustra art reidency
During her artistic residency at ArtIndustra, Fajčíková will create an olfactory and ritual magical environment, the “Game Palace of the Hell Master,” expressed through paintings, scented relics, fetishistic objects, and ritual artifacts from a hidden world, infused with fragrant molecules and wax, bound to this reality by chains. Through these elements, she points to the possibility of subverting today’s societal system. Her themes include chaos, disruption, gathering, ritual, ruin, and saprophytic fungi. The project draws inspiration, among other sources, from *Magic and Divination – Magic in Slovak Folk Culture* by Katarína Nádaská.
